-Controversial play #1: Gonzalez appears
to make a shoe-string catch at buck and then fires the
ball to first base. HWY 101 argued that Ruben trapped
the ball, otherwise, why would he throw to 1st? After
some brief arguing, the ball was ruled a single.
-Controversial play #2: Wagner beats
out a grounder, then turns his shoulder towards 2nd base
when the ball got past 1B, Bernal. HWY 101 argues Wagner
made a move towards 2nd and after Tito tagged him, he
should be out. Wagner and his team argue he made no such
deliberate move towards 2nd and in the end was ruled
safe.
-Offensive standouts included Holley
who swung a bat for the first time since injuring his
ribs. Kev finished the day 6 for 7 with a HR and 5 RBI.

season was visibly upset when Matsui didn't score from
2nd base when Rob singled in the 7th inning. Flores
ended up getting a 2-run hit in the 9th to give him 101
RBI on the season, hence his team name.

pass 200 since 2003. His 76 doubles are also the 2nd
most in BAB history.
